A conceptual design exploring the transformation of an existing office building on Pier Avenue in Santa Monica into a vibrant, multidisciplinary arts space. My work focused on the upper-level studio, reimagining a traditional office environment as a flexible, dynamic setting for movement, rehearsal, performance, and creative exploration. Drawing on my background in dance and experience managing a performing arts theater, I approached the design with a firsthand understanding of the needs of artists, performers, and creative organizations. Through spatial planning, material selections, and interior concept development, the design balances the functional needs of a working studio with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The vision was to create an adaptable space that encourages artistic expression, collaboration, and a sense of community.

Currently in its conceptual stages, the project is moving toward becoming a reality, with the hope of bringing this creative vision to life in the near future.
