LAKE SHORE DRIVE

Firm: Eloise Studio
Type: Residential
Location: Chicago, IL

A luxury residential renovation of a historic apartment along Chicago’s Lake Shore Drive, completed as part of the design team at Eloise Studio. My involvement spanned design development, custom furniture detailing, sourcing, procurement, and installation, including the development of a custom bed, gallery wall design, furniture elevations, and architectural finish and lighting schedules. I also managed vendor coordination, purchasing, and installation logistics to help bring the design to fruition. The finished residence pairs its historic architectural character with contemporary furnishings, layered textures, and refined detailing, creating a thoughtful balance of old and new.
